About the Role
As Country Manager for Côte d'Ivoire, you will lead Top Universe NGO's operations in the country, driving our mission to democratize technology education. You will be responsible for building local partnerships, managing programs, and growing our team in Côte d'Ivoire.
This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the Ivorian tech ecosystem and a passion for education and social impact. You will work closely with the global leadership team while having autonomy to make decisions that best serve the Ivorian market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business development
- Deep understanding of the Ivorian tech and education landscape
- Proven track record of building and managing teams
- Strong network in Côte d'Ivoire's tech ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead all Top Universe NGO operations in Côte d'Ivoire
- Build and manage local partnerships with organizations and institutions
- Oversee program delivery and ensure quality
- Recruit, manage, and mentor local team members
- Develop and execute country-specific growth strategy
- Represent Top Universe NGO at local events and in the community
- Track and report on country-level metrics and impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or related field
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for education and social impact
- Based in or willing to relocate to Côte d'Ivoire
